Postpartum Support International (PSI) is the #1 resource for information related to maternal mental health. The PSI mission is to promote awareness, prevention, & treatment of perinatal mental health worldwide. PSI provides direct peer support to families, train professionals, and provide a bridge to connect them. Resources include the Warmline: 1-800-944-4773; a toll-free # anyone can call to get basic info, support and resources, weekly online support groups, free weekly phone conferences: chat with an expert: (Mondays for dads - Wednesdays for moms) and a closed facebook group for peer support.
